Futures trading is risky

Futures, options and leveraged products can result in rapid losses, including losses greater than the amount initially deposited. You can lose money even when a chart, indicator or product display appears correct. Only trade funds you can afford to lose and follow the rules of your broker or prop firm.

Not investment advice

TradeSidecar is not a broker, exchange, prop firm, investment adviser or registered trading service. The extension, chart overlays, calculations, optional automation assistance and any future AI output are for workflow and contextual information only. They are not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, a guaranteed signal or a promise of profit.

Review before you act

Before every order or position action, confirm the active account, contract, side, quantity, order type, price, stop, target and risk limits in the supported platform. A button click, request response or display does not prove that an order was accepted, filled, cancelled or modified. Verify the platform's order and position state.

Optional automation

Optional automation assistance is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled. It depends on the active chart, page state, account state, connection, loaded data and your configuration. It can pause when those conditions change or a request fails. It is not a substitute for supervision, a trading plan, broker controls or prop-firm risk systems.

Platform and data limits

Tools depend on the browser, supported page, TradingView chart export, displayed history, connection and third-party providers. Data may be delayed, missing, revised or affected by a platform change. The extension does not add an independent market-data feed or guarantee complete historical context.

Personal risk controls

Any future Risk Guard features are planned informational and workflow controls. They will not replace broker, exchange or prop-firm risk systems, liquidation rules, margin requirements, daily loss limits or account policies.

AI Market Context

AI Market Context is Coming Soon and is not active in the current product. If introduced, it will be presented as descriptive context about observed structure, key levels, changes and conditions to monitor. It will not guarantee an outcome or make a trade decision for you.

TradeSidecar is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Topstep, TopstepX, Tradovate, TradingView, Google, Waffo Pancake or their respective owners. Their terms, disclosures and risk controls continue to apply.
